Through its specialized group on the subject, composed by lawyers associated to the Institute, the IDDD acts in the superior courts and in international courts as an amicus curiae and, also, actively in collective actions and in trials related to matters of public interest that relates to the defense of the Rule of Law and the fundamental rights, seeking decisions that strengthen and expand rights in the field of criminal justice.
